Security Configuration & Setup
Kindly customize your school website as instructed in the following steps
- Log-in your school portal.
- Scroll down to System,
- Open Configuration & set-up
- Then fill the following setings
- School Identity - This section gives you an opportunity to update your school's basic information such as - Name, email, phone, address, county and country
- Motto, Vision & Mission - these will appear on official documents and invoices
- Branding - here is where you will add your school's logo and your official stamp.
- Landing Page Photo - usually best for your public landing page header
- Gallery - Upload photos that auto-scroll on your public landing page. Give every photo a label and short description so that your visitors can understand what they will be seeing.
- Social Handles - Add your social media links that will appear on your public page footer - sich as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube and X.
- Admission Fee - Set up your school's admission fee tto new students during enrollment. Set "0" admission fee to diable adutomatic admission fee to students when you automatically enroll new students through the website admission form.
- Two-Factor Aunthentication (2FA) - Add an extra layer of security for all users in your school
5. Kindly take a minute to cross-check all the information then save changes. All steps are editable in case you plan to make future changes.
Why Enable 2FA?
a) Prevents unauthorized access even if a password is compromised
b) Protects sensitive student records, financial data and school information
c) Each login requires a one-time code sent via SMS or WhatsApp
d) Meets best-practice security standards for educational institutions
