Reset Password - Then Login

Here are simple steps to reset your password & then login.

1. Open your official school website portal given to you by BigPen.
2. When your school portal opens, click orange "SIGN-IN" button that appears on top-right position of your website.
3. Enter your phone number that is recognozed by BigpPen, then click on “forgot password”.
4. You will see a question asking > “Forgot Your Password” - Then enter your phone number again.
5. Then choose “WhatsApp” where your instant reset code will be sent in less that 2 seconds .
6. Tap “send reset code” button to get a 6-digit code.
7. Enter the 6-digit code in the 6-squares, then type your “new password” and also confirm the same new password.
8. Tap “reset password”
9. Congradulations - You can now login your official school portal with your phone number and your new password.
10. After your password is reset successfully, enter your phone number and your new password then tap “sign in”
