Our physical location is in Nairobi, Kenya along Mfangano Street, off Haile Selassie Avenue, Mezzanine Flour, Room Number M29. However, it is important to note that BigPen is an online store serving orders as parcels throughout the country.
BigPen offers free delivery services within Nairobi. However, clients outside Nairobi pay for the delivery fee charged by courier service providers connecting Nairobi to different counties in Kenya
Payment is done upon placing an order through M-PESA. Cash payments are NOT acceptable
